Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging our services agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and timely information when requested

• Maintain communication during active consulting engagements

• Ensure all personal and business documents supplied are truthful and verifiable

• Follow all applicable federal, state, and local laws

Pompilus Investments LLC is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies caused by incomplete information provided by the client.

No Guarantee of Financial Outcome

Real estate markets and financial outcomes involve risk.
Pompilus Investments LLC does not guarantee:

• Funding approval

• Specific investment returns

• Market performance

• Approval from lenders, underwriters, or financial institutions

All consulting advice is based on best practices, market conditions, and available data at the time of service.

Fees, Payments & Refunds

Payment terms will be outlined in each service agreement or invoice.

All fees paid for consulting services are non-refundable, except where required by law or where the Company chooses to provide a refund at its discretion.
Once work has begun, fees cannot be refunded under any circumstances.

Failure to pay outstanding invoices may result in:

• Suspension of services

• Additional fees

• Collections activity

Confidentiality

Pompilus Investments LLC maintains strict confidentiality with all client information.
We will not sell, share, or disclose client data unless:

• Required by law

• Expressly authorized by the client

• Necessary to perform consulting services (e.g., sharing documents with lenders when the client consents)

Clients agree to keep confidential any proprietary tools, documents, or strategies provided by Pompilus Investments LLC.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, templates, reports, branding, and documents provided by Pompilus Investments LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.
Clients receive a limited, non-transferable license to use materials for personal business use only.

Reselling, distributing, or copying content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Pompilus Investments LLC is not liable for:

• Loss of profits

• Investment losses

• Funding denial

• Market fluctuations

• Errors in third-party systems or platforms

• Delays caused by lenders, government agencies, or clients

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for services rendered.

Third-Party Relationships

We may recommend lenders, financial institutions, contractors, or service providers.
These recommendations are optional, and the Company is not responsible for the actions, performance, or decisions of any third party.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel consulting services at any time.
However, no refunds will be issued for work already performed.
Any outstanding balance at the time of cancellation remains due.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

Any legal action must be filed in a court located within Massachusetts.

Changes to Terms

Pompilus Investments LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time.
Changes will be posted on our website with the updated revision date.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
